Campaigns that require appointment scheduling or customer satisfaction calls after service are especially effective. Our state of the art automotive only call center has over 600 operators giving you the power to make call needed with the confidence that all FTC requirements are being met.
 
Templates are designed to dealer specifications and can be setup to match any direct mail offer. Email Appends are available to maximize free advertising and email addresses from the area can also be purchased and imported for conquest campaigns. Reports are also included to monitor service writers activities on accumulating email addresses. This tool is used in conjunction with the dealership web site for scheduling appointments unlimited emails from DMS data are included in the monthly software fee.

Mail can be used in conjunction with any campaign and will automotically drop exactly when it’s needed. Direct mail can also be used for those customers that do not have an email address to insure visual marketing while saving money by dropping mail if they don’t have an email address.

IVR Calls These calls utilize pre-recorded word tracks that are combined with variable data allowing you to automate recurring messages. Interactive Voice Response technology also enables customers to be transferred to the dealership during the call based on key pad inputs. These are used primarily for appointment reminders and parts notifications to comply with FTC guidelines for recorded message calls.
