Fresh Beginnings began in 1985 as a customer retention organization with the assistance of three dedicated “believers” serving a handful of loyal clients. Initial offerings were gift products such as “Thank You” cookies and direct mail pieces sent to our clients’ customers at regular intervals.
Our prime market originally was and still is the automotive industry. Automotive manufacturers recognized the need to improve quality and customer service as their customer base increasingly became more knowledgeable and demanding. The Automotive Industry soon initiated customer satisfaction rating systems based on customer satisfaction responses. However, the dealerships did not have the time or manpower to conduct these satisfaction surveys, so Fresh Beginnings diversified into providing this service to their clients.
In September of 1999, Fresh Beginnings opened the call center whose main function was to contact and survey our clients’ targeted customers and prospects. By the end of 1999, Fresh Beginnings had evolved into a leader in the customer retention field and employed close to 150 full time employees and approximately 50 temporary employees serving several thousand business accounts across the US and Canada.
Since then, we have introduced many new concepts to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and the industry. Currently, our suite of products includes: CRM software, data mining, desking, internet management tools, technical training, and consulting as well as our traditional Cookie and Executive Gift Program. Now, Fresh Beginnings has several diverse divisions to include the Advertising Specialty Industry Division featuring custom executive gifts of fancy foods and fine confections, Direct Mail Marketing, and eLEAD CRM.

The Concept:
Fresh Beginnings is an exciting success story. Conceived in 1985 and incorporated in 1986, this entrepreneurial concept began as a Customer Retention service organization providing after sale follow-up to the customer base of various corporations. Involved was a series of gift products and direct mail pieces sent to each customer at continued intervals, initiated by the purchase of a large ticket item from a business or corporation. Follow-up to this customer would continue from one week to our years after purchase, depending on the program selection. Through this process, we were able to provide our customers with the tools to retain long term customers, to secure repeat purchases and referral business, and to insure high customer satisfaction ratings. We virtually did all the work and gave our customers the credit for it. This coupled with outstanding service and quality products insured our success and rapid growth.
Our main market originally was the Automotive Industry. As the customer base of automotive dealerships increasingly became more knowledgeable, more demanding, and increased their expectations, the manufacturers that supplied these dealerships recognized the need to initiate customer satisfaction rating systems based on customer response to satisfaction questionnaires. The dealerships were pressured from both the consumer and
the manufacturer to improve quality and service. Short on time and manpower, Fresh Beginnings stepped in to fill the need.
Since that time, the reputation that our products and services have earned in the Automotive Industry is second to none. Over the years, we have earned this reputation as an industry leader by providing superior products and services to not only thousands of Automotive Dealerships, but expanding markets as well. These markets include but are not limited to, Recreational Vehicle Dealerships and manufacturers, Manufactured housing Retailers and manufacturers, Realtors, Banks, Hotel Chains, Boat Retailers and Manufacturers, Telecommunication Companies, Doctors and a network of over 50,000 Advertising Specialty Distributors nationwide. Corporations served included Coleman Folding Trailers, all Automotive Manufacturers and Retailers, Fleetwood Recreational Vehicles, Fleetwood Manufactured Housing, Clayton Homes, Leader Homes, Century 21, ERA, Coldwell Banker, and Prudential to name a few. Within the Advertising Specialty Division, we have the pleasure to serve giants such as Walt Disney World, Bell South, Mobil Oil, Tyson, Chase, Freddie Mac, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, NBC, Sprint, Olive Garden and many others.

Over the last fifteen years, Fresh Beginnings has evolved into a leader in the Customer Retention field. We have consistently increased sales and earned profits. Our continued success in the future is based on stable controlled growth of our existing product lines and a solid plan for profitable diversification.

Over the years, we have introduced many new concepts to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. This diversification has provided strong stability and growth opportunity for our company. New divisions and product lines expansions have opened multiple business opportunities for us in
both new industries and markets, as well as in the markets that we currently service. By utilizing our extensive existing customer base, we can offer multiple product line goods and services and greatly multiple out profit opportunities with each established customer.
Diversification has also opened up new interest from prospective client by offering multiple choices in the product line. Once established with a product, many new clients then compound their purchases with older products previously overlooked. The opportunities for expansion within existing markets
and into new markets, with existing customers, and with new clients are tremendous.
Facilities: Full spectrum of production and services facilities.
Completion of our current expansion allows for tremendous product and job growth. Surpassing maximum capacity for personnel and production workspace in our existing facility, our new facility increases our size to approximately 77,000 square feet, allowing for continued aggressive job creation, existing product line expansion, new product development, and overall continued corporate expansion for the next seven to ten years.
Our new expansion completed a full spectrum of in-house production and service facilities. Included are our new state of the art Call Center, our full service printing facility, our own in-house telemarketing sales center and customer tracking center, our new newsletter division operations, our one site gourmet bakery, a full confection and fancy food production facility, our new shipping and packing facility including larger covered loading docks and holding areas, a full warehouse and storage facility, two lofts for storage and future floor space, many new office spaces, new parking areas, and a covered outdoor employee break area. Our new facility is fully equipped with burglary alarms, fire alarms and sprinkler systems for our full staff of customer service and office personnel. Our recent land acquisitions insure ample room for future expansion if and when necessary.
