Position: Customer Service Representative
Description: The nation's leading automotive marketing and customer service provider has immediate openings for experiences telephone professionals. Telephone professionals will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to schedule appointments and/or complete follow up surveys for existing customers of our automotive clients.
Sales / automotive and customer service experience helpful. Typing skills of 20 WPM, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills required.
