Our partnership continues with monthly updates and training meetings with your assigned Account Performance Manager, ELEAD University and easy-access customer support hotline.

On-site training includes both classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching from experienced, professional trainers. Training programs focus on maximizing all sales and service opportunities while improving employee satisfaction and morale.

ELEAD University provides on-line training and refresher courses to new and existing clients. You can either attend a pre-scheduled training course or schedule a training session tailored to your dealership.
